Adult Ministry

Damascus United Methodist Church has an active adult population.  See what's happening with each group:

Adult Christian Education - many choices of small groups or Sunday School classes that welcome adults of all ages

United Methodist Women - Three women's circles that meet monthly for a variety of activities; responsible for the Turkey-Oyster dinners

United Methodist Men - Monthly men's breakfast; and special activities

Singles Fellowship -- a new group that is forming for fellowship and fun

Young at Heart   -  Group of adults who enjoy going places, taking interesting “day trips”, eating, laughing, and generally enjoying each other's company

Prayer Shawl Ministry - welcomes all who like to knit or crochet!

Stephen Ministry - a listening ear for those in times of need

Earth Stewards - caring for God's beautiful creation

Church and Society - caring about social justice

Time Out for Moms and Dads - weekly fellowship for parents of young children
