February is membership month for the Asbury Guild
February is the month in which to collect membership money for the Asbury Guild. Envelopes are in the Narthex near the labeled box to collect said envelopes. DUMC did very well with our Christmas gift collection, but this drive is for money to help plan parties, special activities, trips, and future get togethers for the residents at Asbury. Also money is given to help with other special needs when required. Donations will be collected only on Sundays: February 5th, 12th, 19th, & February 26th.
February 26th will be the last day to join our membership drive. Please join and help the elderly from Asbury have a more interesting and fulfilled life. Thanks.

The Damascus United Methodist Church members help with the Asbury Home Guild each year.
There is a Gift shop at the Health and Wellness Building staffed by Guilders. Drop in for a visit and see the wonderful items for sale. Birthday Parties are held for the Kindley Building residents on the 3rd Thursday and for the Wilson Health Care Center on the 4th Wednesday. Individual Birthday gifts are provided by the Guild each month.
By becoming a member of Asbury Home Guild, Damascus Church members help the Guild pay for birthday gifts, special outings, volunteer projects, and contributions for the Benevolent Care Fund when extra funds are needed by residents to have special treats.
