Room Reservation Procedure

 

To reserve a room at Damascus United Methodist Church:

Send email to  great.jane@verizon.net  giving the following information:

Your Name
Your Organization
Date and Time of Event
Room Requested
Number of People Attending
Any Special Set-up Required

Jane will reply when the event has been put on the church calendar.

You may also go to the forms section of the website and print a Room Reservation Form and bring it to the office.
