New Members, 2/12 & 2/19/12

New Members Classes

If you are interested in becoming a member of DUMC, new member classes will be held on February 12, 2012 and February 19, 2012. These classes will meet in the DUMC parlor during the Sunday school time (9:45 -10:30 a.m.).

A fellowship get-to-know-each-other gathering will be hosted for these classes at Rev. Walt and Peggy Edmonds’ home on Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.

On Sunday morning, Feburary 12th, the first class will include Methodist History and What the United Methodist Denomination believes. The final Sunday class will be held on February 19th. Topics covered will include Specifics about DUMC’s Ministries, Understanding Membership Vows, and a Tour of the DUMC Campus.
