Beacon Newsletter
The Beacon is the monthly newsletter of Damascus United Methodist Church (DUMC) and contains up to date and relevant information about the events and activities of the church. The monthly "Beacon" is normally published on the first Sunday of each month. The deadline is approximately 10 days BEFORE the first Sunday of a month.
For the March 2012 Beacon, to be distributed on Sunday, March 4, 2012
the deadline is Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
Any articles that miss the deadline will not be published until the following month. If you would like to be on the e-mail reminder list that is sent, please be sure and send us a message to this effect.
We post Beacon articles on the DUMC website. For important information that misses the Beacon print deadline, we can add up-to-date information to the website. However, not all parishioners use the website, so the printed version of the Beacon is still your best bet for getting your message out to the congregation.
