About Us
Our curriculum focuses on our students’ social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and academic growth. A typical day consists of varied activities, including art, cooking, fine and gross motor skills, literature, music, science, and social studies, as well as readiness skills for reading and mathematics. We strive to provide a well-balanced curriculum with plenty of time to play and learn. Pleasant Plains offers classes for ages 2-5. We are proud of our small class sizes, which allow for much individual attention.
We are licensed by Montgomery County as a Private Educational Institution and are registered by the Maryland State Department of Education as a Private Religious Preschool. All of our teachers have training in Early Childhood Education.
