*Bible Sunday: Also, we will celebrate ‘Bible Sunday’ on 10/4, giving out Bibles to the 3rd-grade kids. We have 2-3 children. Tina will prepare Bibles for them.

The Leslie group suggested a Bible Sunday where we can display, show, and tell their Old or current Bibles with some stories.

So here’s what I responded to the Leslie group about the service. “We can arrange tables at the front, display the children's Bibles, share some stories, and then give attendees the chance to view the Bibles more closely during Connections Café afterward. This could be a meaningful way to honor the Bibles that have shaped our faith—from childhood and confirmation Bibles to family heirlooms, well-used study Bibles, and Bibles enriched by years of prayer and reflection. It also ties into our October church retreat. Rooted in Faith.”
